Dear Prospective Customer,

Having been actively involved in the construction industry for the past 40 years and looking forward to continue in this endeavor. If you’re thinking about a project that will require coordination of multiple trades, I can assist you with that. Having been mostly “word of mouth”, as doing a great job at reasonable prices provides one with all the business that one can handle, but just wanted to get the word out that I’m still active in the industry more than ever.
I have no employees, but can assure you only the best subcontractors cultivated over my many years in the construction business, such as plumbers, HVAC installers and electricians. I’m currently employed part time as a Mechanical Inspector for Harrison Township, previously with Taylor, Troy, Madison Heights, Bloomfield Hills and Pontiac as I enjoy keeping the public safe as well as staying up with the many construction code changes and newly engineered systems.
Having and maintaining my Michigan Registered Code Official and Inspectors License INSP00212, requires me to attend continued educational seminars on Residential/Commercial Mechanical / Building Michigan Code revisions, (140 CEU’s over 3-year period is required). This also allows me to maintain fellowships with many Metro-Detroit Inspectors and Municipalities.
