Worst purchase ever by kishancspam on 6/2/2021
Absolutely unacceptable delivery and post purchase service, bought our furniture in March, was told it would be here end of May, not a problem we were told that up front, and knew what to expect, it wasn't an issue. Got a phone call mid-April that the warehouse received everything, and was able to deliver early, great I scheduled a week after there anticipated date, so I could get the room prepped, the day before the delivery we get a phone saying something happened to 2 items on the order and they can deliver a week later, fine no worries accidents happen. Now we are being told it will take till the end of AUGUST to get our furniture?? ABSOLUTELY unacceptable, I'm currently making payments on furniture I DON'T EVEN HAVE!! The dates keep changing, we keep getting the run around, this company is a joke, first and last purchase ever from value city, do yourself a favor and save the headache and shop somewhere else.
