I have had the privilege of practicing law in this area for many years. During that period, I have been able to get to know many of the Judges, Attorneys and Prosecutors in this area. While I respect all of them I do not fear any of them. They have their jobs to do and I have mine. Being prepared is the best course in all legal cases. Most people think that every time you appear in front of a Judge, the Judge knows and remembers everything that has been filed in the case. That is simply not true. Judge’s have hundreds of cases and usually know little about a case early on. That is why it is important to be well prepared for each and every hearing that you may have.
