Our Services:

Inspections and Consultations: SR1 provides only the most professional and honest consultation with professional guidance from a Master Installer who has more than 30 years of experience.

Maintenance Plans: Autumn and/or Spring clean-up. Free inspections included.

Repairs: All roofing, gutter, siding and chimney repairs are conducted using only quality materials and workmanship.

Emergency Repairs: Used in situations such as natural disasters and accidents. We guarantee a timely on-site response with the means to perform a repair.

Gutters: Quality gutters will eliminate water at your foundation. Gutters are seamless with hidden screw brackets. We have many colors to choose from and offer optional hidden leaf guards.

Siding: Panels have full color throughout (eliminates fading) and trim made with double-baked enamel paint. We also install vapor barriers and insulation.

Chimneys: All types of brick work including custom-bent counter flashings, storm collars and flue replacement.

Commercial Roofing: Removal of flat-roof material and disposal of all work related debris. Installation of ½ inch high density insulation board, 60mm EPDM Rubber or Modified Bitumen Roofing Systems, counter flashing (of all units, walls, and protrusions), and termination bar as needed.

Residential Roofing: Removal of pre-existing shingles, inspections of roof decking (replace as needed), and disposal of all work-related debris. Installation of dimensional shingles, felt paper, water/ice shield, drip edge, ridge vent, and louvered box vents. We use Premium brands such as GAF, CertainTeed, and Owens Corning.
