From start to finish, our experience was completely flawless. Our salesperson, Chad Arion Barteau was patient with our indecision, listened to what we were looking for and matched us with the perfect car. I'm officially a forever customer for this dealership and already planning my next purchase with them!

I have dealt with almost every luxury dealership in Michigan and many in other cities and Autos Tempest Group has the best service I have ever experienced. After a really unpleasant service experience with another large dealership they picked my car up the next day (on a holiday), delivered a nice loaner, and the service manager Lucas was a delight to deal with. The sales manager, Chad Arion, and Lucas updated me constantly even though the repairs/service seemed to be done in record time. Since I specialize in a niche luxury service business (real estate) I am especially sensitive to the level of service provided by professionals in other industries and I will never purchase a car from another dealership and highly advise anyone else to consider the same.

I live in Pennsylvania and recently bought a car from Autos Tempest Group. I had not seen the car prior to delivery. Extremely smooth transaction and the vehicle was exactly as expected when it arrived. Andrew was extremely accommodating and I don’t have a single complaint. Finally a car dealer you can trust. These guys went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them.

I have been looking for a Cayman 718 for months now, until I finally found one online and went to see it first hand. My sales agent was Erik Stowasser, yes, as the name probably says he is of German descent. He actually worked in Germany Stuttgart at the Porsche Factory and knows a great deal about Porsche, more than I could have ever imagine, so yes he's been of great help in choosing the right car with the right options. I finally decided on a Carmine Red CAYMAN GTS 2018, with PDK Transmission, Sport plus Pack and bucket seats, the kind that are on the GT4 Cayman, what can I say, I love this car, it is a pleasure to simply watch it, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and with this guys, they did not rushed me into anything, they have presented me with allot of options, and in the end that has helped me make the right choice.

I was looking for a new Boxster and could not find a good one, was looking for the S or GTS model, with the 2.5l engine not the simple one that has 2l engine and 299 hp, so I was looking for one with options so to speak and also as anyone else, for a good price. Ohhh, yeah, I found an add, right here on yelp actually, and clicked on it, that is why I decided to register here after, it seems you can find good deals here and see what others say about the places you find, business etc, so anyways, found an add, clicked on it, and went to the website. Scrolled trough the inventory and found 2 I was interested in, a Boxster and a Cayman, which in part are the same car only the Boxster is convertible and the Cayman is not. Give them a call and the whole staff was super friendly and cool. Once I discussed all the details, I arranged for a private inspection at their place, a PPI Inspection, and once that was done got it shipped to me. Got the car after about a week, test it again as I did have a trial period, everything was perfect. Done deal!
The part that I like the most is that they never pressured me to buy anything, no sleazy salesman as you would expect from a dealership, no annoying calls, no nothing, they have simply answered my questions, presented me with all the option, and than let me choose without any pressure, and I love that.

I had an absolutely positive car buying experience working with Michael McKenzie at Autos Tempest Group, formerly Auto Palace INC. Mike provides detailed CarFax for his entire inventory, something not common among smaller dealerships-- great for piece of mind and knowing the complete history of any potential vehicle purchases. Michael completely eliminated all the negative stigmas one might associate with used car lots. In my personal opinion, I believe he has very competitive prices. He even went as far as helping me choose a way of financing my automotive loan through another local financial institution, as I was having troubles with my own bank (which resulted in me getting a tremendously low interest rate). If you're in the market for a used vehicle, I would highly suggest taking a look at his inventory via his website and contacting him for an appointment. It is also worth noting that I got my vehicle fully inspected the day after I purchased it and had zero issues.

This review is long overdue, I have purchased an Acura MDX from this guys in about a month ago and had it shipped from Warren MI to Rancho Cordova CA. The thing that made me look for a car outside my own state was first of all the price, found the car on Autotrader, and it was listed as a private sale, so I called the owner, who was a Lady from NJ, who at that time worked on a cruise ship and was away most of the time so she said that is why she choose to sell the car trough a broker. At first, the price, the story, it all sounded to me like some Craig's scam to be honest, but I told myself, let me investigate this further and find out the truth, and not just act based on what other people have experienced so I did. She gave me the contacts for Autos Tempest in Warren and I called them. Spoke with Robert who explained to me the process and the options I have available, and of course the first option was for me to go pick it up in person, but since I was busy with work most of the time I had to consider shipping it. After he explained to me the process and the cost of everything I have decided to do it, spoke with my bank and they released a certified check which I have sent to them. They have shipped the car 5 days after I have sent the check, and it took another 6 days to get to me.
The deal goes like this, you get the car, after you pay for it of course, you get the title and everything, but there is a clause in the contract that says you have 7 days or 250 miles to test it after you have received it, and if you find any issues with it you can return it at no cost and get your money back. I know, sounds to good to be true, but after Robert has pointed out the fact that this procedure is done by other much larger companies, one of them being Carvana, which I knew, and after I have done my own research and found out that was true, I've decided to go trough with it. In the end it was all as advertised, the car arrived, I took it to an Acura dealership where they have performed all the tests on it, and everything was as expected. I am happy with the purchase, but still, I remain a fan of seeing the car first before buying it, so in the future if I plan to purchase another car from them I will book a flight and go visit them, saw they have a large inventory and maybe by going there in person I can find an even better deal
