We have a very tall Monterey Cypress that we wanted trimmed to prevent large limbs from spontaneously falling due to high winds. West Valley came out to check out the tree in person and ended up providing a fair quote. After finally deciding to get the job done a few months later, we reached out to confirm the job and ask for date. Lucky for us, they had an opening and their team was out the following week. They arrived on time, extremely professional and the most important - did a great job. They trimmed/cleaned out a fair amount of limbs/branches so that the wind could go through the tree reducing chance of spontaneous limb failure (which our occurred to our neighbors).
