Highly Recommended I'm a fan of going to therapy to check-in and see whats goin on during big life changes. I was undergoing a ton of changes in June (moving to Ardmore, PA , change of jobs, friends, etc...). I called Anxiety and Depression Solutions, LLC due to their sliding scale and was matched with a therapist and I came in for my first session thinking "ok maybe 6-8 sessions and I'll feel okay".
