Spring Bay Resort & Guide Service

Spring Bay Resort is nestled among towering Norway Red Pine, along a protected bay, on the most beautiful lake in all of Minnesota - Lake Vermilion. Thank you in advance for taking the time to look over what Spring Bay Resort has to offer.

We can accommodate large groups, families or a simple cabin for two. We also have the largest selection of boats and pontoons on Lake Vermilion. Our goal is to provide a top quality resort, with great customer service, yet at a reasonable price. When you arrive you will find that nearly everything that you will need is provided for you.

We take great pride in providing you with a relaxing, quiet getaway -- a place with friendly hospitality and old-fashioned service. Like our other guests, we think you'll like what you find at Spring Bay Resort! Our guide service is intended to be a service for our guests. Steven has been fishing Lake Vermilion all of his life. He is on the lake daily keeping up with the fish movement, sessional patterns and locations. If you are a guest, we will mark your lake map with all the hot-spots for the type of fish you are looking to catch.

Guide rates for Spring Bay Resort guests are: (based on 2 people) $295/4 hrs; $345/6 hrs; $395/8 straight hrs; $495/8 split hrs. Rates for an additional person are $50/4 hrs; $75/6 hrs; $100/8 hrs; and $100/per follow boat. Different rate apply to non-resort guests. Shore lunch is available for any 6-8 hr trips and is $15/per person. Please call in advance and talk to Steven if you wish to schedule a guided time. He is always available to our guests for advice on fish location, different techniques, lake navigation, and any other assistance you may need. As your host, it is his intention to help you locate and catch fish. Feel free to call if you have further questions regarding the guide service. Deposit is $100 for guide service.
