Husband & Wife Team Dale & Chanell started DRD Training LLC during the COVID pandemic to create a non-gym workout experience that one could do anywhere, with limited equipment, and feel part of an actual gym community! In addition to 4+ LIVE online classes every week, we offer 1:1 and small group Boxing/Kickboxing lessons (IRL) and online 1:1 personal training! Try us once – you will be ‘hooked’! (that was a boxing joke)
