They provide courteous, prompt, quality service on vehicles which are relatively difficult to work on for most shops. SAABs take a special kind of care, and these folks are experts.

Brought car in for diagnosis...appears it was given an incorrect one.
Customer service was really good, very nice, but it cost me quite a bit to end up with the an incorrect and expensive solution. Again, very nice, but disappointed.
