His expertise is second to none and he has the ability to communicate technical information to those of us who lack that knowledge. It's always nice to know what exactly was wrong and what needed to be done to correct it. The quality of the work is unsurpassed and in the highly unlikely situation that something didn't get corrected, it's addressed immediately and completely. In addition, I've found Rick to be a highly congenial and very generous person, going more than the extra mile on his own time to help out a customer. I couldn't recommend him strongly enough.
