Is our foundational and superior 12 week training program focused on Group Fitness using Kickboxing (i.e. Trim), Strength Training (i.e. Chisel) and Nutritional Guidance (i.e. Fuel).

FORMULA X
Designed for groups of 2 to 8 people, Fomula X is the most intense, highest form of training we offer. It is an outcome-based regimen that works all of the body’s core energy systems.
