Kiecker Law

Kiecker Law is a law office based out of Belle Plaine and Mankato serving all of southern Minnesota and the twin cities metro area. Omni Kiecker is the sole attorney of the office that focues on estate planning, probate and business law. She helps her clients protect their families in case of catastrophies such as death or disability and helps them pass on their legacy through estate planning tools such as wills, trusts, health care directives and powers of attorney. When a loved one does pass away, she helps the surviving family through the probate process and helps to make sure the wishes of the deceased are carried out whether it be the passing on of farmland or a business or if it's to make sure that minor children are taken care of by the appropriate guardians or conservators. She also works with business owners to develop their business structures like LLCs or corporations and develop contracts for them to use within their business.
