AMP Fitness is a 24-hour access health club with a lot to offer. We have a wide variety of weight machines that can help tone your whole body or if you are just looking to walk or run, we have treadmills and ellipticals. Our mission is to help you get in shape and feel better about yourself. Here are the facilities we offer: 6 Treadmills – Precor, Life Fitness and Nautalis brand, 5 Elliptical Machines – Life Fitness brand, 2 Bikes – Life Fitness brand, free weights and weight machines, tanning rooms, lockers, bathrooms, and showers. Additionally, our fitness instructors teach the following classes throughout the week: Zumba, Kids Fit-n-Fun, Turbo Kick, Free Weights, 3-2-1, Yoga, and Zumba Gold.
