Gabor Bagameri, M.D.

Gabor Bagameri, M.D., is a cardiovascular surgeon at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. His area of interest and expertise is complex aortic and adult cardiac surgery. Dr. Bagameri received his medical education at Semmelweis University in Budapest, Hungary. He completed his general surgery residency and vascular surgery fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia, followed by cardiothoracic surgery training at University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. As a surgeon, he has unique skills and is board-certified in vascular and cardiac surgery. He recently returned from his second deployment with the U.S. Army Special Forces, where is served as a trauma surgeon.
