Residential & Commercial real estate inspections. Air quality, mold & radon. I am Steve Gfrerer, the owner of Property & Building Services, Inc. I have been in the Real-Estate Inspection business for 14 years and I am not a large company, which I take pride in. When you call in, it’s me who answers the phone and I am the one performing the inspection. I provide that personal service that I believe is necessary to help the buyer/seller in the home buying or selling process. I enjoy working with agents and your clients, having that close agent and inspector relationship to make the home purchase more comfortable. I believe it helps to get a better understanding/knowledge of the property. I provide clients and agents with an education on the home and not just pointing things out As well as I offer free maintenance, repair, and construction advice at the inspection and feel I go that extra mile that most inspectors don’t. My clients and agents can call me or email me for advice even long after the inspection is done. I am also a Commercial Inspector.

Here is a little about my background. I have 29 years Construction & Remodeling experience and 14 years Real-Estate Inspections (10,875 inspections). My credentials are: a degree in Construction Engineering, ASHI Certified Inspector, FEMA Certified Inspector, MMI Certified Masonry Inspector, and MMT Mold & Moisture Certified. And last but not least, unlike other Inspectors, I offer 7 day a week inspections as well.
