Selfless service! by Gail D.Smith on 3/17/2022 Since my 93 year old dad lived with my family, I liked the fact that A Perfect Balance In-Home Service came to the house first to introduce a new caregiver and to instruct the caregiver on the daily routine of the patient and household. A majority of the care was 5 star!

Each caregiver has been compassionate, kind, and a great comfort to her in addition to ensuring she stays safe and healthy. They are trustworthy, friendly and professional especially in this difficult time. Caregivers have taken her to doctor's appointments, made her amazing meals, and have become like family.

The manager is great and communicates very clearly with us. They are a dedicated and highly professional team who are able to adapt to changing care needs.
