My name is Wardell Hooks Jr. a decade ago, I had a dream to serve the most flavorful, tender, and juiciest Barbeque of all time. We started our path doing backyard BBQs and chefs' tailgate parties which lead to catering, weddings, and everything in between. Our goal is to not only cater an event but make sure you won't be disappointed with not only the quality of food we bring but the presentation as well.
