Went to big bobs was there couldn't get no one wait on one guy set visited then got threw talking turned lights out.independence mo.they lost a 3 room flooring sale.guess they don't care iWaited for an Hour.

Run as far away from Big Bob's as you possibly can. Paid for sub floor, and vinyl. Didn't get sub floor after paying $1600.00. No one was going to tell me, even though I complained, took photos to the manager. No one ever was honest enough…
