Friendly, informative. The desk staff during the day is much better than your evening staff. The evening staff seems bothered to wait on you sometimes.

Alla does a fantastic job - she is amazing!!
There is one very disturbing factor. The quiet atmosphere is often disrupted by the air conditioning system. This is very annoying and almost ruins what should be a relaxing experience.
