From the perspective of a person who has visited multiple gyms in Springfield & Missouri I love the layout and atmosphere of te gym, It's upbeat, energetic, and a friendly environment to work out in.

The music is a little loud, but I like the availability of headphones to focus on the workouts. I enjoy each machine with directions on usage available. Everyone is very helpful.

This gym has almost any machine available to help. The workouts run smoothly. The workers are helpful and polite. I really appreciate this place.
