Adam Donald Farmer, MD, PhD

Dr. Adam Farmer is a gastroenterologist who specializes in neurogastroenterology, caring for adult patients 18 and older. He treats various tertiary level neurogastroenterology and motility disorders, including irritable bowel syndrome, chronic abdominal pain, functional dyspepsia, and constipation.

Dr. Farmer is a professor with the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology in the Department of Internal Medicine at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He is a member of the British Society of Gastroenterology; European Society of Neurogastroenterology and Motility; American Neurogastroenterology and Motility Society; International Association for the Study of Pain; and the Royal College of Physicians (London).
