Joshua Fernelius, MD

Dr. Joshua Fernelius is an internist who provides comprehensive primary care services for adult patients, ages 18 and older. He focuses on the importance of preventive medicine as well as helping his patients manage complex chronic illnesses and diseases.

Dr. Fernelius provides high-value, patient-centered, evidence-based medicine with an emphasis on improving quality of life for his patients. His clinical interests include bedside diagnosis, point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS), and street medicine.

Dr. Fernelius is an assistant professor in the Department of Internal Medicine, Division of General Internal Medicine, at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.
