Sumesh Kaswan, MD

Dr. Sumesh Kaswan specializes in adult plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. He is fellowship-trained in body contouring surgery, and he uses the latest surgical and non-surgical techniques to help patients look their best following bariatric surgery for weight loss. Dr. Kaswan has additional expertise in aesthetic breast surgery and facial reconstruction.

His research interests include body contouring outcomes, aesthetic breast surgery and management of pressure sores in spinal cord injury patients.

Dr. Kaswan is an associate professor in the Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic Surgery, at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Surgery and American Board of Plastic Surgery.
