Grace Montenegro, MD

Dr. Grace Montenegro is a colon and rectal surgeon and general surgeon. She provides specialty care for diseases of the colon, rectum and anus, including colon and rectal cancer, benign anorectal disease, inflammatory bowel disease, pelvic floor dysfunction and complex diverticular disease.

Dr. Montenegro uses minimally invasive techniques, including laparoscopic, robotic and transanal minimally invasive surgery. Her special interests include rectal and colon cancer, robotic surgery and inflammatory bowel disease.

Dr. Montenegro is an assistant professor in the Department of Surgery, Division of General Surgery, at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.
