the McDonald's in Washington Mo. has terrible service. Nine pm at night you can't get sweet tea or a side salad...pitiful! Employees standing around talking, Nothing prepared.

The service here is generally slow, the store is usually dirty. They have messed up more orders than I care to remember. Apparently and order of fries and an order of hot fries are 2 different things.
