Bozeman clinical research dentist and private practitioner Dr. Jane Gillette is a nationally recognized leader in primary oral disease prevention, health disparities and evidence-based dentistry. She holds a Governor-appointed position on the Montana Family Health Advisory Council in which she oversees the administration of state and federal health promotion programs such as WIC, Head Start and the Maternal and Child Health Bureau. As a board member of the Montana Dental Association, she is the developer and director of a statewide early childhood oral health enhancement program Access to Baby and Child Dentistry (AbCd) Montana. Additionally, with a passion for advancing scientific research, Dr. Gillette lectures nationally on topics related to research translation, clinical decision support and evidence-based dentistry and is an editor for The Journal of Evidence-based Dental Practice.
