I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with 15 years of experience in mental health. I work relationally to help my clients overcome challenges and achieve their mental health goals. I specialize in trauma, attachment, blended families, divorce, grief, and loss. I am an ally in working with LGBTQ+ children, adolescents, and adults. I will partner with you toward your goals and the goals and needs of your child. Whatever you're facing in life, I'm here to help you process difficult emotions, find clarity, and move forward with empowerment. I offer support through therapy and coaching. My mission in life is to help people. I bring that commitment to every one of my clients in every session. I spend time working on my own growth and development so I can live my best life and help you to do the same.
