Clearwater Montana Properties was co-founded in 1994 by Kevin Wetherell, a fifth generation Montanan. At that time, we opened our first office in Seeley Lake. We have continued our growth to 23 office/ agent locations across Montana while focusing on providing quality service, market knowledge and shooting straight with our clients. In 2007, after a personal interview at Cabela's headquarters in Sidney, Nebraska, Clearwater Montana Properties was chosen as the exclusive participant for Cabela's Trophy Properties in most of Montana.
