Rhetson Companies, Inc

Rhetson Companies, Inc, (RCI) is an award winning residential and commercial building company located here in the beautiful Sandhills of North Carolina. It was founded by Brian Clodfelter in 2002 as Rhetson Development, LLC and in 2004 changed over to Rhetson Companies Inc. The name Rhetson comes from the combination of Brian’s two son’s names Rhett and Mason. Rhetson currently holds a General Contractor license in the states of Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.



On our residential side we concentrate our efforts primarily on upscale custom homes. We have custom homes in Fairwoods on 7, National Golf Club, Pinewild Country Club, Beacon Ridge, Pinehurst and Southern Pines.


Commercially RCI has built Advance Auto Parts and Dollar General stores in NC and have completed a Veterans Administration (VA) Clinic in Hamlet, NC, and a restaurant in Seven Lakes to name a few. We continue working on projects in both North and South Carolina.
