Lynn Ridge is located in the charming town of Angier, NC. It’s almost out of a hallmark movie. It’s an up-and-coming city which will have plenty of entertainment, but still enjoy the nature that surrounds the city. Angier annually hosts the "Crepe Myrtle Festival", which attracts approximately 20,000 visitors. The town calls itself "The Town of Crepe Myrtles". Each summer Angier draws a crowd of motorcyclists and bike enthusiasts from across the region to downtown Angier to enjoy the sights, sounds and tastes of its annual Bike Fest event. The family-friendly event features live music, a bike show, a poker-run fund-raiser, exhibits and fun for people of all ages.

Lynn Ridge is just 30 minutes to downtown Raleigh and major employers like Amazon and RedHat. Under 15 minutes to Fuquay Varina. 2 miles away from Jack Marley Park which has a big sports complex that incudes basketball, Baseball, Volleyball, and Disc golf. It also has a small lake.
