We opened our account at this location when we were dissatisfied with the big Charlotte banks. We've banked here for many years and like the people and the service.

Bank is not consistent in its billing and reporting practice. Customer Service is severly lacking. Employees will tell you one thing about solving your issue and not follow up as stated. Does not process payments in a timey manner and…
