I am a family nurse practitioner with clinical interests in internal medicine, primary care, chronic pain, and substance use treatment. My approach to care is to partner with patients, using advanced medical knowledge and skills to assist people in achieving their health and wellness goals. I practice as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide preventative care and evidence-based solutions for patient’s top concerns. My passion is combining primary care with mental and behavioral healthcare in a non-judgmental environment. When I am not in the clinic, you can find me digging in the garden, hiking in the woods, or playing board games with my husband and daughter.
