Trained as a psychotherapist, author, and artist. I’m a life coach, consultant, and workshop leader who incorporates creative art, movement, and stress management methods like meditation, guided visualization, and biofeedback. It’s about empowering you to get the results you want – one-on-one (in person/online) or in a workshop setting. I led seminars world-wide and received grants from the Arts & Science Council to conduct workshops and pursue my writing and artwork. My articles were published in magazines such as “Cosmopolitan,” Working Woman,” and “The Writer.” Physicians refer patients to me for life coaching and dealing with stress and trauma. I was one of the first in the country to be certified as a biofeedback practitioner.
