I'm a licensed psychologist who provides clinical and sport psychological services to adults and adolescents. I specialize in athlete mental health, sport performance, adjustment, anxiety and relationship-based concerns. \n My goal is to build supportive and collaborative relationships with patients and allow them to build upon their strengths, experience growth and work toward their goals. I adapt my therapeutic approach to each patient's unique experience and incorporate exploration, insight development and skill building into every session.
