B.O.P.A. LLC. is a full service security company comprised of a Human Resources Dept., Dispatch & Operations Dept. And 3 levels of field operations units. All of our staff members are highly trained in their areas of expertise. And are fully equipped to properly deal with today's public safety issues and concerns.

LEVEL 1

SECURITY ENFORCEMENT AGENTS: Are our unarmed security staff members. Although they do not carry firearms. They are highly trained and certified in the proper use of OC Spray, Expandable Batons, Hand Cuffs, Tasers and other aspects of the security industry.

LEVEL 2

PUBLIC SAFETY AGENTS: Are our armed security staff members. They are equally trained and certified in every aspect as the level 1 agents. The state authorizes security officers to detain suspects of criminal activity. And ALL our security staff members shall detain whenever applicable.

LEVEL 3

SPECIAL POLICE OFFICERS: Are SWORN law enforcement officers of the law through the NC Attorney General. All of our police officers are BLET trained and certified. A mandatory 692 hour minimum training course is required for ALL NC LEO's. Like any other government LEO, B.O.P.A. Special Police Officers can conduct traffic stops,investigations, issue citations, obtain warrants, make full arrests etc.
