Awful bank manager by Teresa H via Insider Pages on 10/13/2008

The main reason we stayed at BB@T was convenience and we liked the teller. The manager, on the other hand, is rude, and not very helpful when needed. We had a serious crisis and I had to go to another branch manager to get it resolved. …
