Golden Years Nursing Home

Golden Years Nursing Home has proudly served the Falcon community since 1965, providing a complete continuum of care that includes short-term rehabilitation, long-term living, outpatient therapy, skilled nursing care, hospice care, palliative care and respite care. Golden Years is located in a serene country setting that is easily accessible from I-95.

When you arrive at Golden Years, you are greeted by a clinical team who develops a person-centered care plan designed to help you regain skills and decrease the chance for readmission back to the hospital.
