Pirate’s Brew Coffee roasts every coffee bean in small batches to ensure a perfect roast every time. Also we roast once the order is placed so that you get the freshest coffee possible! We roast our beans on a "fluid bed" roaster which basically means we roast our beans on air! Because the beans do not slide around on a hot surface, there is a cleaner, more even roast which means a better cup of coffee.
