RUN AROUND by FAITH UNITED METHODIST CHURCH on 8/16/2024 the oven on our stove at the church would not stay lit this company recommended they come out last month checked it said it needed a part come back today to fix it texted me a picture of person that was coming and the company truck was suppose to let me know 30minute when in route I keep checking our security camera did not see a company truck did see a white truck parked did not know it was him because people stop on lot all the time as the police officers could have called we have 3 emergency phone numbers listed on the glass entrance door where he left his card neither of those were called this is bad customer service I know I owned and operated a janitorial service for 40 years
