Overpriced Service by Amber K via Insider Pages on 10/10/2008

I have my phone through Verizon. I appreciate their pay machines inside the doors for paying my phone bill.\r \r I do feel that my plan is overpriced.\r \r The service department is helpful, but there will be a decent wait.
