Very knowledgable, promp, and courteous. Respected my concerns about protecting our flooring and he used corner guards. He even did a couple of scatter rugs. Everything looks much better.

Bob Fitta of Emerald Coast Chem Dry always does a very thorough job cleaning and also removing testy spots. He takes his time trying to preserve the integrity of your carpet.
