Repeat issue. Little professionalism. by tiffanybrownsanders on 3/21/2022 I got my truck fixed at this mechanic. They told me it was the actuator after we had several people tell us it was the thermostat. It started acting up again doing the same EXACT thing and they won't even look at it saying it could be something different when it's doing the SAME EXACT THING IT WAS WHEN WE TOOK IT TO THEM. they also said their was no leak but their clearly is a leak. No mechanic shop should insist an issue is different when the event symptoms are the same. They diagnosed wrong. At least offer to look at it. They also told us that we shouldn't have any problems again similar but we are. The heat also isn't working and they told us that their was no issue with the heat but it is. I'm not happy.
