We purchased a home from them a few years ago, and we are very satisfied. They did a good job working with us on warranty items when they came up.

This is not a good place to work with at all. Ben Griffin and his kids are a bunch of money hungry dishonest people. The homes they build are not worth the money. They are build cheap and most often skate by inspection. Do not go here.
