Best banking experiences of my 30 years in business by Scarlettsanford on 8/29/2021 Started out with this bank as LSB. Then Newbridge. Accidentally got assigned the Tyro branch when FNB took over. What a blessing! Pattie Brinkle could write a book on customer service for bankers. Always available. Always helpful. Always professional. Entire team at this branch is this way. Consistently. I surmise Pattie has set the bar high and holds herself to same standard. This branch is inconveniently located for my 30 year old business in Winston Salem but I’m thankful every day for the error of assigning me to Tyro.
