Slowest waits ever... by Megan Kathleen Y via Insider Pages on 1/10/2009

I hate the lines here. It can take 40 minutes to get throught the drive thru here sometimes, and the line isn't even that long. Blah! Plus they are slow to let you know any updates to your account. Oh, and the phone lines don't work…
