Ember Keepers is our newest 5-star addition to our reviews—and they truly deserve it. After 12 months of renovations to our mountain home, the first serious cold snap screamed “Light That Fire!” But the chimney was totally stopped up. We called the contractor who executed the renovation, and they called on Ember Keepers to diagnose and fix the problem the contractor had created. Technicians Chance and Julian were on the spot 4 hours later. Polite, knowledgeable and responsive—we couldn’t have asked for better. Within less than an hour they had us back “in the fire!” We simply couldn’t have had a better experience. Call Ember Keepers with any of your chimney needs.
