Amber Brooke Foss, FNP

I chose to become a nurse practitioner to directly assist in improving patient outcomes in the office setting, as well as to help combat the shortage of primary care providers in my community. I enjoy primary care and being the first line of defense in managing and preventing chronic diseases. My nursing background includes emergency medicine and cardiology, both of which I enjoyed immensely. My philosophy is to provide individualized care to the patients I serve by acknowledging their unique situations, as well as educating patients and their families and providing compassionate, evidence-based care. In my downtime, I enjoy reading, going to the beach as much as possible, travelling and spending time with my beautiful family.
