Nice facility but rude staff by Sweetelf via Citysearch on 1/9/2011

I've seen this complaint over and over about Healthtrax in Raleigh. It's a nice facility, but the staff is terribly rude, particularly if you are complaining or in my case, trying to cancel your membership. I would have considered staying…
