Five stars for Juan at Triangle Grease & Septic Services LLC. We had what we thought was an undisclosed, overflowing septic tank and called Juan for an estimate to get it pumped and back in good working order. He was able to give us a very clear, line by line estimate for services over the phone and his prices were fair. He is an excellent listener; grounded, patient, and kind, and gave generously of his time and expertise answering all my questions. Throughout the process he remained available by text and by phone and was extremely calm and helpful. I would highly recommend him as a go to guy to anyone needing septic system work. Thanks, Juan!
